Shipping & Delivery
Depending on each customers individual residential address, shipping and delivery times will vary amongst each seperate purchase
Unfortunately we cannot send framed products overseas however we can send rolled prints as the transition process is more beneficial and reduces damages
Framing and Sizings
Please see the description located underneath each print on our website to have a better understanding of the frames, sizing and designs
Framing and Sizing of prints will be identical to what is shown online. Printing used for framing will be the exact same as the image provided on our website
Packaging Instructions
Framed photographs will be packaged with extra protection by the framing company to prevent the item being damaged during the shipping process
Unframed prints are rolled up carefully to prevent from them being scratched, damaged or made dirty during the transition process
Stretched canvases will be packaged with extra protection to prevent the order being damaged during the delivery travel
Returns + Exchanges
Unfortunately due to the amount of time put in for each individuals specific orders, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of products
Unless the item has been significantly damaged in transit, this is the only time we allow exchanges but proof of evidence will need to be provided and sent to us as soon as possible in order for this to happen. Once purchasing an item, the item gets sent to our framing production company straight away to be made
