Damaged or Faulty Products

Framed prints are packaged professionally and secured correctly by our framing company. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you consider to be faulty or damaged please attach proof of the broken product and contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged product

Please ensure you provide sufficient evidence so we can supply you with a claim and get the packaged replaced as soon as possible otherwise we cannot exchange the item

Items that have been damaged through misuse cannot be returned
