Shipping Information
Each print is custom made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks on singular prints and up to 4 weeks for framed and stretched canvas orders.
Unfortunately during the Christmas and New Years Eve periods the production company will be on leave therefore you may need to allocate an extra week or two on top of the timeframe we have stated above for orders to arrive
Please contact us having not received the order you purchased within a reasonable timeframe of the times mentioned above
Monique Georgia shall not be held accountable for any international shipping courier delays. Monique Georgia cannot offer refunds for change of mind, delayed travelling deliveries or items incorrectly picked as each order is sent to production immediately
In the rare case that your item arrives damage, please attach proof of the broken product within 24 hours upon receiving so we can supply you with a claim and get the package replaced as soon as possible
Packaged Information
Framed prints, unframed prints and stretched canvases are packaged with extra protection to avoid further damage in the transition process
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship unframed prints, white frame prints, black frame prints, oak frame prints and stretched canvases domestically around Australia at the cost of a shipping post fee.
At this point in time framed prints including white frames, black frames and oak frames will not be made available for purchasing internationally as the overseas shipping transition process is more at risk of producing damaged items.
However, unframed prints and stretched canvases will be available worldwide both domestically and internationally as they can be easily packaged and shipped with minimal risk of transitional shipping damage.
